    The Society for Creative Aging/VIVA Theater and Boulder Fringe will perform Love, Loss and What I Wore at the Dairy Center for the Arts on Nov. 29 & 30 and Dec. 5, 6, 7, & 13th, 2014.  Based on the book by Ilene Beckerman, this popular play is written by Nora and Delia Ephron, screenwriters of “Sleepless in Seattle” and “When Harry Met Sally”.  A breezy play with heartfelt sentiment that has been delighting audiences in over eight countries on five continents.

VIVA Theater and Boulder Fringe Festival present six short plays in their annual spring play series.  A complete program of thoughtful humor, romance and mystery by Off-Broadway and established playwrights Christopher Durang, David Ives, James Prideaux, Jane Shepard, James Thurber and Garry Williams.  Directed by local theater professionals Roz Bard, Jim Carver, David Ortolano, Jane Shepard and Jim Wolf.


      • Dude, Its Boulder! Ye Old, Thoroughly Modern, Far Out and Totally Awesome History of a Town

        Society for Creative Aging/VIVA Theater and Boulder Fringe present “Dude, It’s Boulder!” an original play by Jane Shepard. Come see ye olde, thoroughly modern, far out & totally awesome history of a city. This lighthearted play explores what made Boulder the innovative town we know today, spotlighting diverse influences from its beginnings. Experience Boulder’s historic characters come to life and journey with them (and their secrets) from the 1800s to the present.


        1.     BOULDER INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (BIFF) SHOWING of HIP HOP-ERATION will be held on Saturday, March 7 at 2:30pm at the First Presbyterian Church in Boulder. Talk back led by Jo Zender and Sandy Hale, Society for Creative Aging members.  The Society for Creative Aging is pleased to partner with BIFF for this year’s film showing of Hip Hop-eration.
